Shipping Locations
I currently ship within Canada and to selected international destinations.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to see whether shipping can be arranged.
Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, exhibitions, or for special releases.
For original artwork, large pieces, or made-to-order prints, additional preparation time may be required.
If an order is time-sensitive, you are welcome to contact me before purchasing.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reliable postal or courier services, depending on the destination, size, and value of the package.
Whenever available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.
I am unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain items, especially larger works or courier deliveries. A full street address may be required.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a general guide only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond my control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees once it arrives in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
I do not control these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary by country.
If a package is returned because import fees or customs charges were refused, any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and related fees may be deducted from any refund where applicable.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible at info@jeremyvaughan.ca
If your order arrives damaged, please include: your order number; a short description of the issue; photos of the item; photos of the packaging
This helps me review the issue and work toward a suitable solution.
Missed Deliveries and Returned Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned because: the address provided was incorrect; delivery was refused; the package was not collected; customs charges were not paid.

f re-shipping is requested, a new shipping charge may apply.
Original Artwork
Original artwork may sometimes require additional handling, insurance, signature confirmation, or custom packaging.
In some cases, I may contact you after purchase to confirm the best shipping arrangement for larger or more delicate work.
