I want you to feel comfortable when purchasing from my website. Because artwork, prints, and custom pieces can be unique in nature, the following policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.jeremyvughan.ca

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@jeremyvaughan.ca. Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.

If an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

For larger orders or special orders, any non-refundable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of art and made-to-order products, the following items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable:

commissioned or custom artwork; original artwork marked as final sal; ; made-to-order prints; digital products or downloadable files; sale or discounted items; gift cards.

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return before purchasing, please feel free to ask.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns

If you would like to request a return, please email info@jeremyvaughan.ca
within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

unused and in its original condition; returned in its original packaging where possible; accompanied by proof of purchase; Items sent back without first contacting me may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

I recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Original Artwork

Every effort is made to present original artwork as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Because original artwork is often one-of-a-kind, returns for original pieces may be handled on a case-by-case basis, unless otherwise stated as final sale.
